VTPL is welcoming Spring with our 2026 Seed Library Opening!
What is the VTPL Seed Library? It’s a collection of vegetable, herb, and flower seeds that any resident of Vernon Township with a library card can borrow to plant at home. This is a perfect resource for patrons who have an interest in starting a garden!
How It Works: Library cardholders can check out up to 15 packs per season. We don’t expect you to return the seeds, but if you have extra seeds or collect the seeds from the plants you grow, we will gladly take them back into the Seed Library.
